PARK AVENUE WINTER is kicking off a collaboration with CREATIVE TIME to bring artists Marina Abramovic, Janine Antoni, Paul Ramirez Jonas and Michael Rakowitz culinary-art experience into the kitchen. Abramovic is the first artist to impress diners with her dessart, presenting a "unique take on a traditional Baked Alaska, made with dark chocolate ice cream, almond sponge cake and banana mousse encased in Swiss meringue. It is accompanied by dark chocolate crumbs with gold sugar accent and set afire with dark rum." Fear not, Abramovic fans! Her flambé comes with a work of art called Spirit Recipe, an etching based on her extremely-limited edition book about cooking with essential aphrodisiac recipes. What doesn't this woman do?!
